  2. 02

    Prepare the essentials

Get the financials, operations and key relationships in order so the business is ready for serious conversations.

  3. 03

Planned initial focus

Texas, Ohio, Illinois, Pennsylvania and Michigan.

Planned marketing focus

Businesses with roughly $5M to $100M in revenue and $1M+ EBITDA. These are guidelines, not a hard cutoff, and do not guarantee eligibility. Fit and geographic scope are confirmed by a person.

Still exploring or unsure of earnings?

What do revenue and EBITDA mean here?

Revenue means total sales. EBITDA means earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization. It is not the same as seller's discretionary earnings (SDE), and neither figure produces an automatic valuation.

What if my business is below the focus or in another state?

Being below the planned marketing focus or outside the planned states does not make a business automatically eligible or ineligible, and no referral happens automatically. Fit and geographic scope are confirmed by a person.

Is anyone reviewing my details now?
